This is a first come, first served policy. If you wish to have your commission done at a certain date, full payment upfront is required
My commission prices do not change often, but they are open to changing periodically once or twice within the year or during an occasional sale. Times and demand change and I would advise against arguing against the change in prices. Please be respectful in that regard. Thank you.
To differentiate yourself from Bots and Scams, please begin your message with what you specifically want as your commission or simply ask if I'm still accepting commissions, which I will mostly likely say 'yes'.
Beginning discussions with nothing but phrases along the lines of "Hi, How are you?" will be instantly ignored.
Please provide a detailed description of what your commission entails, along with any at all reference images. I do accept AI-generated images, but ONLY for reference material. If you don't have any images, please describe to the best of your ability.
I will ask questions regarding the description. Please be prepared to provide answers.
Please provide an email address so I can send an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, I will inform you when exactly I will begin the project, which could be later in the day, the next day, or after the following weekend, depending on real life commitments.
There also may be a client in front of you who I'm providing service to. So you will have to wait until my business in complete with them first before continuing with you.
Transactions are done in USD via Paypal (If you don't own Paypal, I'll also take Cashapp, but I'll ask for Paypal first). Invoice will be sent when an email address is provided.
Please allow at least 3 days for the commission to be finished before contacting me for updates, time may vary depending on real life commitments, which may include family obligations, my day job, or sick days. The time required to work depends on the complexity and scale of the project.
I will draw family-appropriate content, including cartoons, animals, humans, fantasy, science fiction, and fanart.
I will draw a certain degree of blood, gore, nudity and sexual themes. How excessive can be further discussed, but not to exploitative or pornographic levels.
Any resulting sensual themes or kinks that unintentionally resonate with specific individuals is highly coincidental and of no concern of mine.
I will not provide visuals meant to contribute to any at all attempts at slander, drama, damage control, politics, religion, or malicious intent directed towards any specific groups and individuals.
Depending on the amount of detail given in reference images and the description, or if you decide later in the process to add new complex elements to the project, I have the right to ask for extra pay on top of the original price (typically between an extra $5-25).
Once an in depth sketch has been completed, I do not provide refunds.
If your behavior during the process is personally seen as disrespectful to me, my affiliates, or my work, I have the right to deny service to you. If we've just begun during the sketching phase, I will halt development and provide a refund, but I can also decide, midway through the process, past the in-depth sketch phase, to halt development on the project with no refund. I will not display the progress I made to public platforms, as long as you do the same.
I will give you a second chance at my service as long as you're respectful, but no more chances than that. After the second chance, you will then be placed on a 'blacklist' of clients that I plan to never contact or do business with again.
I will provide low resolution screenshots of the progress I made on the commission to keep you updated. Once I put in a sufficient amount of time and effort on the project, I will provide another screenshot and ask you if you're satisfied with the results. If you are, then I will provide a link to the download of the full sized file of the commission (Often on Google Drive or Drop Box). Then our business is complete.
You're free to post the image publicly, as long you provide credit to me as the primary owner of the project.
You have the choice to ask for my services once again at any time, be it immediately after the last commission or further in the future.
Sharing word around of my services to public areas and platforms is not required but would be greatly appreciated.
If you don't want me to share the image publicly during a span of time until a specific date, or any time at all, I will respectfully oblige to your request.
Once the commission is complete, I have the primary ownership of the finished project. I can add it to my portfolio and use it for publicity purposes, unless you request otherwise. However, I cannot use it for monetary purposes, including printed merchandise, unless approved by the client.
The client cannot use the completed project for monetary purposes. Any specifics can be further discussed with me as the artist and owner of the project. We can further discuss royalties or a fee to cover further royalties.
When posted publicly, including literary works, videos, and social media, the client MUST provide credit to me as the original creator and owner of the project. Refusal to do so will result in action being further taken.
As owner of the project, I have the right to deny the client and any affiliates with access to the original creation file (typically done in Adobe Photoshop or Clip Studio Paint). Exceptions can be during monetary collaborative efforts where partnering creators need the original file for project development.
If the client has any problems with the terms of service provided above, know that it is not my responsibility to make sure they have read the terms before asking for my services, and I will not make any exceptions to any of the terms provided. I thank you for understanding.
