Commission Terms

and Conditions:

• First Come, First Served

  • Service should be paid upfront. If you wish to have your commission done at a certain date, I ask for a $10 payment to accommodate for the deadline
     

• Prices Change

  • Prices are liable to change periodically for sales. However, final quotes are non-negotiable
     

• Be Specific

  • Bots and Scams nowadays like to send messages opening with simple lines like "Hi, How are you?" When messaging to order a commission, please be as specific as possible in your initial message.

• Email Address

  • I take all payments upfront via invoices. Invoices are sent to an email address the client provides. Please keep in mind I run a 'first come first serve policy' so there may be orders ahead of yours. If you require your commission done by a certain date, an extra charge may be added to your order to accommodate for the deadline.
     

• Give Me 3 Days

  • Please allow at least 3 days for the commission to be finished before contacting me for updates, time may vary depending on real life commitments, which may include family obligations, my day job, or sick days. The time required to work depends on the complexity and scale of the project.

• What I WILL Draw

  • I will draw family-appropriate content, including cartoons, animals, humans, fantasy, science fiction, and fanart. 
     

• What I MAY Draw

  • I will draw a certain degree of blood, gore, nudity and sexual themes. How excessive can be further discussed, but not to exploitative or hardcore pornographic levels.
     

  • Any kinks that unintentionally resonate with individuals is coincidental and not my concern.

• What I WON'T Draw

  • I will not create visuals meant to contribute to any slander, drama, damage control, politics, religion, or malicious intent directed towards any certain groups or people. 
    ​

• Extra Fees

  • Depending on the amount of detail given in reference images and the description, or if you decide later in the process to add new complex elements to the project, I might ask for extra pay on top of the original price (typically between an extra $5-25). 
    ​

• Refunds

  • Before an in depth sketch has been completed, and if the client decides to cancel the order, I will provide a full refund. If they decide to cancel after the sketch process, I will provide half the original price as a refund.
     

• Be Respectful

  • As an independent business, I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If I feel I am being disrespected or my terms and conditions are breached in anyway, I will halt the commission process and permanently end communication with you. Payment will not be refunded.

• When We're Done

  • If you're satisfied with the finished product, I will provide a link to the download of the full sized file of the commission (Often on Google Drive or Drop Box). Can be either JPG or PNG. Then our business is complete.

• Please Give Credit​

  • Once the commission is finished , I have the primary credit of the project. I can add it to my portfolio and use it for publicity purposes, unless you request otherwise. However, I cannot use it for monetary purposes, including printed merchandise, unless I ask and the client approves. 
     

  • The client cannot use the completed project for monetary purposes. Any specifics can be further discussed with me as the creator of the project. 
     

  • When posted publicly, including literature, videos, and social media, the client will be asked to provide credit to me as the original creator of the project. 
     

• Original Files​

  • As creator of the project, I can deny the client access to the original creation file (Adobe Photoshop or Clip Studio Paint). Exceptions can be during monetary collaborative efforts where partnering creators need the original file for project development.
